Noche del Pescaito: "night of the fish"
In Seville, feria starts on Tuesday. Monday is feria's eve. It is tradition, in Seville, to wait for the inauguration of Feria at your private tent until midnight. During the wait, a nice dinner of fried fish, and other traditional feria food is served. This is usually for members only and their guests. It gives them a head start to feria and to enjoy their tent, less crowded and cleaner. Happy Pescaito Monday.
